The pools wall material.

To make the best choice out of the different options you have you really need toe speak with the one who is installing your inground swimming pool. And every manufacturer will show you the best they have and yet offer a limited selection of materials and will do several proposals to you which one to choose. The fact is that the answer varies depending on your soil type, pool design, the condition of your garden and budget. So you need an independent dealer to help you with this decision.

There are the inground swimming pools made out of fibreglass. A fibreglass pool comes from a factory where it is manufactured as one piece and then installed in your garden after the excavation. It looks like a big, big bath, and once installed you will enjoy.
Swimming pools made out of concrete are the most common types of inground pools. As a big advantage you may say, is that you can specify the size, shape and the design almost fully according to your wishes. There where fibreglass pools are limited and fixed the concrete pools are limitless in size, shape and design.

Vinyl-liner inground pools are made out of panels, supported at the bottom by a concrete footing. The liner is spread out over the floor and panelled walls and connected to the top of the panels. However they do wear out easier than fibreglass and concrete, they are lower in cost and easily be replaced or fixed with vinyl patches. Vinyl pools are smooth but need to be refurbished every ten years or so.

The last one is a pool made out of stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminium. Your choice will depend on the soil in your garden and your personal taste.

Of course there are a lot of factors to consider: what kind of material you want to use, your budget or how much do you want or are you able to spent on the project itself an later on the maintenance of the swimming pool, including bottom, walls, the water…, how much time do you want to spent on keeping it clean and healthy, and not to forget the winterization in order to protect it from damage due to freezing water and keeping it as clean as possible for the next season.

I wish you a well-balanced decision
